HOW TO LEGALLY DISPOSE OF WASTE – COMMERCIAL
There are several ways for businesses to handle waste properly, but illegal dumping is not one of them. It can cost your business a lot more than a trip to the landfill. Fines in Nevada range from $100 to $5,000 per offense/per day for a first offense. For subsequent offenses, the fines can escalate. You can even lose your business license for repeated offenses. Illegal dumping is not worth the hassle. Save yourself and the environment a lot of trouble and DON'T TRASH NEVADA.
